HOW TO ORDER
Here is my simple 3-step process to get a delicious and creative cake for your next event:
Event Date & Lead Time
Please specify the day of your event. I require a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice to guarantee I can design and execute your cake exactly as desired. Dates requested with less notice are subject to my availability.
Design Details
To help me quote accurately, please attach a reference image, the event's invitation card, and your preferred color palette.
Serving Size
Confirm the total number of guests you need the cake to serve.

1. How far in advance should I place my order?
I require a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice for all custom cake orders. For express orders, please contact me directly! While it depends on my current availability, I may be able to accept orders with as little as 3 days' notice for an additional rush fee.
2. How do Gender Reveal cakes work, and how much notice do you need?
I love creating Gender Reveal cakes! To secure your order, please contact me and place your booking before your doctor's appointment. Once you receive the results, please have a trusted person forward the sealed envelope/email to me so I can keep the secret safe! The actual baking and reveal creation requires a minimum of 2 days' notice once I have the results in hand.
3.Where are you located and do you deliver?
I am a custom baker located in Antioch, CA (East Bay). All orders are for pick-up or delivery by appointment only. The delivery only in my range area with extra fee.
4 What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date on my calendar and cover initial planning costs. If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 7 days before your event. If I have already purchased specific non-perishable materials for your design (e.g., custom toppers, specialized molds), you are welcome to pick up those materials upon cancellation.
5 Can you accommodate specific dietary needs (allergies, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)?
I am NOT a bakery specialized in complex dietary products. I do not work with gelatin, but please note that I DO use products containing nuts (Nutella) in my kitchen. I am meticulous about cleaning and sanitizing my area after every use, but my kitchen is NOT certified free of common allergens (including nuts, gluten, or dairy). I take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, but customers with severe allergies should always exercise their own discretion.
6. Do you offer other treats like cookies or decorated desserts?
My specialty is custom cakes! I do not offer treats or dessert tables (such as cookies, macarons, etc.). However, I am happy to make an exception for custom cupcakes to match your cake design. Please inquire about cupcakes when requesting your quote!
